	Subject: Re: Final ACE Relocation Letter I was incredibly pleased with every step of our move.  Everyone was very professional and I give every person I had contact with a "5 star" rating (out of 5 stars!).  In Detroit, we appreciated your help and expertise.  The personable team at the house was neat and moved everything out of the house cleanly and packed things very safely.  Everything made it to Salt Lake City without a scratch.  The Allied moving team who drove our shipment cross country was friendly, professional and worked very hard.  They contacted me along the way and I always knew when my shipment was going to arrive (they even hit a snowstorm in Wyoming and let me know they would be a bit delayed).  Thank you for everything!   Janet H.
	Subject: our move We just moved from NY to PA. Thanks to Driver Tim, it was simply the best moving experience we've ever had. After having moved 7 times in the last 8 years, this is saying a lot! Tim was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The move was faster and smoother than we could have possibly imagined. We had to put all of our furniture in our front room because the house is under renovation - something we really did not think was going to be possible. But Tim made it work with ease and grace. 	Subject: Our Experience Good Morning, I have to tell you that we are just amazed at how well this move was executed-no problems at all. The communication system you have is outstanding. We knew that having such a small load might be an issue and we didn't realize the large van would have difficulty getting to the house in Texas but those issues were handled professionally and expediently. We took possession of the furniture a week early and our antique dressers were delivered in great condition. The drivers, Pete and Aaron, were marvelous- very professional and knowledgable. Pete actually knew every piece that was in his truck, when and where it needed to be delivered. We will certainly use your services again and have already recommended you to neighbors. 	Subject: Move Hi Bob – When I decided somewhat precipitously to move from suburban Boston back to the Washington, D.C. area, I contacted Ace Relocation Services through a website provided to me by my new landlord’s rental company. I had not thought about exactly how I was going to actually accomplish the quick move, but thought I’d give a relocation firm a try by sending off an Email. Quite frankly, I didn’t expect much. But I was most pleasantly surprised that Bob Humphreys of Ace Relocation Emailed me back within four hours!! We then spoke by phone and he handled everything I needed to move not only my household items but also the transport of 2 cars – one from Massachusetts and another that I kept in suburban Chicago. The whole move was accomplished in less than 6 weeks from that initial Email and I didn’t have to do anything but follow Bob’s lead. He was not only completely informative on any issue I had, but was unfailingly prompt in replying to any and all of my questions and the final costs were right in line with my expectations. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy and I couldn’t have been more grateful and pleased. I would absolutely recommend Ace Relocation Services and Bob Humphreys to anyone contemplating a move of any size or complexity – in fact, I have already done so by making sure my new community leasing agents knows about Ace.
